INGREDIENTS:
  • 250g (9 oz)           smoked salmon
  • 400ml                   cooking cream
  • 400g (14,\ oz)      champignon mushrooms
  • 10-12                    medium potatoes
  • q.b.                       parsley
  • 2                           rolls of puff pastry
  • 1                           mozzarella (125g - 4,5 oz)
  • q.b.                       extra virgin olive oil

PRESENTATION:

Pie that combines the delicate taste of the potatoes to the more decided to mushroom and salmon, perfectly blended with cream. A very nourishing cake.

PREPARATION:
Sbucciare e tagliare le patate a fette alte circa un centrimetro e metterle su una placca da forno con cartaforno versandovi poi un goccio di acqua e dell'olio e sale. Infornarle in forno preriscaldato a 180° C (350 F) per circa venti minuti, o fino a quando risulteranno cotte (1).

  • 2    slices of cheese
  • 1    pat of butter

PRESENTATION:

Omelets made with the traditional method.

PREPARATION:

  • 15g (0,53 oz)    onion
  • 320g (11,3 oz)  bucatini pasta
  • q.b.                   extra virgin olive oil

PRESENTAZIONE:

Pasta with tomato sauce and tuna, an excellent first course, quick and sure success for those who appreciate the taste of the tuna. Quick and easy.

PREPARATION:
 
Fry in a pan from the bottom edge, the chopped onion and four tablespoons of oil (1). When the onion is golden, add the tuna with its oil and sauté over medium-low sminuzzandolo slightly with a wooden spoon (2)

INGREDIENTS:
  • 400g (14,1 oz)      minced beef or lamb
  • 2                           rolls of puff pastry
  • 1                           medium onion
  • q.b.                       of your choice from among the semi-hard cheese (raclette, fontina, maasdamer ...)
  • q.b.                       of your choice spices (ginger, paprika, pepper, curry ...)
  • q.b.                       parsley
  • 1/2                        glass of white wine
  • q.b.                       salt
  • q.b.                       extra virgin olive oil

PRESENTATION:

An appetizer I thought of taking inspiration from a traditional Lebanese dish, the sfiha, that it is made with lamb meat and bread dough, and changing it however in many parts. Even in this case, one can use the minced lamb meat that would be more flavorful than that of beef.

PREPARATION:
